Terms of payment:
The registration fee for 2011 is 935.00 € ( 10 430,00 Dhm )
To register, the team must pay a deposit of 500,00 € (5 671,00 Dhm )
The balance must be sent before 10 february 2011, when the deadline.
Applications will be considered registered only after receipt of the total fee
Additional staff: assistants (not substitute) are accepted at a cost of 10350.00 per person.
This price includes transportation 4X4 accompanying and full board during the stay.

Here's what will cost to transport your bike by companies (updated March 2010):
EasyJet: 50 € round trip (25 euros per bike per flight). Direct registration when you make your reservation on the Internet on page 2, under "sports equipment".
Ryanair: 80 or 100 € round trip, depending on whether you book online or through their call center. See their FAQ.
Transavia: 80 € round trip. See "special luggage". Note only 6 bikes by plane.
Royal Air Morocco: 100 € round trip. Although preventing the call center to get their agreement. Currently it is not possible to have a book written for the ATV.

How to get to Ouarzazate?
We offer various options tailored to your flight schedule to get to Ouarzazate:
OPTION 1:
GO TRAVEL
You arrive by plane to Ouarzazate Saturday, March 12 201.
We welcome you to the airport and transfer you to your hotel (included in registration night)
RETURN JOURNEY
You leave by plane from Ouarzazate Sunday, March 20, 2011.

OPTION 2:
GO TRAVEL
You arrive by plane to Ouarzazate Friday, March 11, 2011.
We welcome you to the airport and transfer you to the Hotel Kenzi Azgor where we've booked a night in double room.
PRICE: 2 nights hotel in Ouarzazate + 2 transfer hotel / airport = 40 € per person / 80 € per team
OPTION 3:
GO TRAVEL
You arrive by plane to Marrakech Friday, March 11, 2011.
We welcome you to the airport and transfer you to the Hotel Riad Mogador Opera where we've booked a night in double room.
The next day, Saturday, March 12, departing at 10:30 from the hotel by bus to reach Ourazazate (Transfer of approximately 5:00)
PRICE: 2 nights hotel in Marrakech + 2 transfers with bike = 90 € per person / 180 € per team
The organization supports:
Transfers on the spot from Essaouira;
Transport of a flexible bag of 20 kg and a mountain bike;
3 nights in a double and /or triple room;
Half board meals (excluding periods so-called "free");
Water during the raid;
The organization and logistics of the course;
Medical assistance;
Opening and closing ceremonies;
Civil Liability Insurance organizer;
Individual liability insurance with repatriation
A T-shirt Finisher
The organization does not support:
Air transport and transfer Essaouira
Medical tests and vaccines;
Personal maretial (see list required);
Energy bars during the race;
Drinks (out of race);
Overloading of equipment for transport;
Transfer to Essaouira.
