Terms of payment:
The registration fee for 2012 is 1 940.00 € per team (21 940.00 Dhm ).

Discounts for early registration:
- Registration before 31/10/2011: - 5% 1 843.00 €  a team
( 1000 € payment to the registration(inscription) and the balance before the end of year 2011).

- Registration after 01/11/2011: Full price: 1 940.00 € a team
( 1000 € payment to the registration(inscription) and the balance before the end of year 2011).

In case of cancellation:
- before 31/12/2011: organization pays 100% of amounts paid
- before 31/01/2012: organization reimburses 80% of the amounts paid
- before 28/02/2012: organization reimburses 50% of the amounts paid
- after 01/03/2012: no refund will be made

Here's what will cost to transport your bike by companies (updated March 2010):
EasyJet: 50 € round trip (25 euros per bike per flight). Direct registration when you make your reservation on the Internet on page 2, under "sports equipment".
Ryanair: 80 or 100 € round trip, depending on whether you book online or through their call center. See their FAQ.
Transavia: 80 € round trip. See "special luggage". Note only 6 bikes by plane.
Royal Air Morocco: 100 € round trip. Although preventing the call center to get their agreement. Currently it is not possible to have a book written for the ATV.

The organization supports:

To participed at the event, you must agree to the terms of the racing rules

The organization does not support:
Air transport and transfers
Medical tests and vaccines;
Personal maretial (see list required);
Energy bars during the race;
Drinks (out of race);
Overloading of equipment for transport.
