Overview
THE TRANSMAROCAINE multisports is a raid.
It involves competing teams that compete in Morocco in a race adventure around a sporting event common to all teams.
THE TRANSMAROCAINE is above all a communion between man and nature.
The annual edition takes place in March over a period of 8 to 10 days (see program of the year).
Article 1: ORGANIZATION
THE TRANSMAROCAINE is organized by the association and society SPHERE AVENTURE and LOOPING EVENTS MOROCCO who hold the exclusive rights of the race.
SPHERES and LOOPING and support the team, people and materials during the conduct of the edition, from the first briefing of the race scheduled for Saturday 12 March 2011 , until Sunday 20 March at noon . The organization determines and presents the rules to each team and gives prices.
It provides a photographic and video coverage throughout the adventure and owns all the rights of the operation. The official language of the event is French.
Article 2: THE TEAMS
The 2.1 - A team must be composed of 2 adults who carry sporting events. No other person outside the team 2 can take part in the running of the race, unless special permission of the organization.
Each team designates a team captain. He represents the team to the organization, especially at the race briefings and complaints.
2.2 - The crew Each team must: - Be aged over 18 years from the date of start of the race; - Be in good standing in the eyes of the authorities of the host country; - Recognizes be physically able to perform all the tests and agrees to provide a medical certificate less than 3 months signed by a sports physician. (This document will be distributed to doctors in the organization at the start of the test); - Having taken note of this regulation before the event. To even register for the event is the de facto acceptance of the regulation in its entirety and without reservation. The document "Acceptance of the rules will be in addition signed and returned to the organization before the start of the race; - Be aware of the risks of participation in this event may cause it to run. It attests, by the mere fact of registration, know your physical capabilities and limitations of its expertise. It identifies the organization in advance of any criminal or civil liability in case of injury or material at the TRANSMAROCAINE; - Collapse insurance including individual civil repatriation.
Each team is responsible for its equipment (see list provides mandatory by the organization), its energy needs and beverages during the event. The routes link during the test and the logistic transportation of equipment (baggage and ATVs), are supported by the organization.
Each team takes the start of this adventure sports have taken this trip knowing that sports could lead to face to: - One-on rope; - A canoe navigation; - From mountain biking; - The run and bike; - Of course the mountain; - From the orienteering course.
Details of sports edition of the course is indicated in the program of the year published in the annex to the road book handed out of the race. Each team is committed to meeting the medical records of the organization, to provide a certificate indicating not against the practice of outdoor sports to LA TRANSMAROCAINE later than the end of February this year.
Article 3: MEMBERSHIP
3.1 - Conditions Only the team met all the conditions of participation is accepted on the starting line.
It should have: - Responded to the conditions defining a "team" in section 2; - Finalized its registration (registration fee, insurance, package travel); - Obtained validation engineering controls, administrative and medical.
The organization reserves the right to refuse registration of a team and / or a teammate. The team is responsible for paying all fees and all insurance and medical tests required.
3.2 - The Humanitarian The organization seeks to LA TRANSMAROCAINE teams to implement various humanitarian activities that will be distributed alternately in the villages crossed by the race. The costs incurred are the responsibility of the team. The organization may, within its means, provide logistical support on a case by case basis depending on the projects presented.
Article 4: PROGRAM

Article 5: THE JOURNEY
5.1-Information The book drive, and the PASS cards are given to team captain during the presentation of the course (briefing) on the eve or morning of each stage. The book provides the various road signs and information needed to progress. It indicates the stages and their nature (or timed steps liaison group) if the route is free or taxed, departure and arrival, the position of potential control points, points of supplies and medical items. The organization will implement the "fuse", checkpoints hour crossing locations on the course. Some sections of the trail may be closed to the progress of the day or night. The organization reserves the right to change the course or program for reasons of security or otherwise, beyond its control. The jury is sovereign to assign penalties or bonuses.
5.2-lines start and finish of stages Their location is defined in the road book and maps. - TRIANGLE for departure. - ROUND TWO for the arrival. The presence of 2 crew is required on the start line and no other person outside these 2 team is unable to conduct a stage, or a section of the stage, unless special permission of the organization. Tee-off, the starting order is determined by the organization. The starting order shall not give rise to any reduction of time or lengthening the duration of the stage for the benefit of any team. The same is true for passages at checkpoints subject to opening and closing.
5.3-Control Points and Tags The control points are points of passage (PC, departure and arrival) where the team must validate a PASS by a signature of the Commissioner post. The loss of the past or an error of punching PASS incur a penalty (see schedule of penalties). If the tag, used to validate the runs, the team is allowed to clearly draw the pictogram on a PASS. The tag is a crossing point where the past will be punched in the box. The increase is in orientation, using maps and / or road book. Flying controls can also be made. The organization will implement the "fuse", checkpoints hour crossing locations on the course. The lack of transition to a tag or a PC results in a penalty (see Table penalties). 5.4-Timing The race starts the stopwatch at the start of each step and stops when the team crossed the finish line. According to the stages, the clock may be stopped, including workshops on the rope. The time step are combined and give the general classification.
5.5 - Positioning System satellite No satellite positioning system is authorized by the organizer. Checks flying (random) are put in place. Article 7: EQUIPMENT
7.1-List of equipment Each team must have his personal equipment. This is suitable for events scheduled during the editing of the current year. Excluding cases of toilet and underwear usual, the following items are required. It is requested that each team have a dress uniform and wear the same color during the raid for aesthetic reasons and safety but also during the various ceremonies. This list is for 1 team of 2 persons. Each team is required to have a flexible bag of 20 kg maximum.

Medical kit and safety The medical team of Transmarocaine can not encourage you enough to take advice from a (e) pharmacist (do) and your physician to help you build your own kit. 3 - MEDICAL KIT BAG IN THE JOURNEY.
Your kit should include, among other usual medications for two weeks. To limit congestion, the drugs are deconditioning. 7.2 Pre-equipment Before the race, a general check of the equipment is made and it is essential to have equipment suited to the requirements of the organization. This control is mandatory and determines the final acceptance of the team initially. It is particularly strict, its aim being to avoid any problems during the competitions. Any equipment missing or not functioning can be subject to penalties. At the start of the stage or section of the stage, the organization may refuse to let a competitor whose equipment is not regulatory. In case of doubt concerning the validity of any piece of equipment during the check before departure, the jury has the final decision of acceptance or otherwise of the equipment concerned.
7.3-control equipment during the stages Spot checks of equipment can be made throughout the test. Their goal is to verify that the team does have it on the hardware needed to make progress on the current section. The lack of equipment required is penalized. For security reasons, the organization may decide to disqualify the team at fault.
Article 8: SAFETY
Safety is a priority for the organization.
8.1-General requirements for safety The increase must be in a team. The team must always consist of 2 riders on pain of exclusion classification. (see Article 10, item classification). In case of application for relief, the team must wait for the physical presence of a member of the organization before leaving. The organization may prohibit a team to continue its progress if it considers that it is committed in an area at risk and / or it can not continue the test under normal conditions of security.
8.2-Organization and Security The organization strives to ensure safety. Competitors are advised that the rescue can be difficult and time consuming. Given weather conditions, or if it believes that security conditions are not met, the race director is authorized to take any decision to stop the race. It may therefore decide to stop one or more teams. In this case, each team is penalized stopped for lack of participation in a section of the stage.
The 8.3-safety equipment All mandatory equipment set by the regulation is considered as safety equipment. The book details the route on use of equipment or safety, have settlement value (eg wearing of vest, helmet, ...). Any infringement on the binding material or its use will be considered a breach of security and leads to penalties.
8.4 - GSM Phone For security reasons, each team is obliged to race in a GSM phone in working order whose number has been communicated to the organization.
Article 9: Regulation SPORTS
9.1-Jury The jury is sovereign. It is composed of two main and several Deputy Commissioners. He is responsible for enforcement. It enforces the rules and processes the claims. It can take up an offense that has been taking decisions and consequences for the misconduct. Its members and staff of organization are sworn by the organization and their testimony is authentic. The jury decides the penalty and if not specified in the regulations. Complaints are to be filed in writing to the jury until 30 minutes after the announcement of results. They are judged by a jury that can hear, if it considers necessary, any person concerned. It takes its decision and then the official publication of results. These results are final.
9.2-Penalties The possible penalties are, in a non-exhaustive, here indicated. This list is not exhaustive and the jury is completely free to enjoy the punishment fit the crime. The time penalty awarded can range from 1 minute for a minor offense, with the retirement from the race or rank of the team for a felony. The main causes of time and penalty per team:
• Failure to increase cluster: * On 1st stage = verbal warning 2nd warning and more = 60 mn * On prologue and Epilogue (by editing) = 5 min • No observation record of the race = 120 mn • No covers chef / bib / plate frame = 30 minutes per team • Non-marking (see paragraph 11.1) = 15 min • Refusal of passage of the rope = 60 minutes • Loss of PASS = Time of last team 15% • Punching of incorrect or illegible PASS = Cancellation of the tag • Delay the start line until 30 minutes = 30 minutes • Lack of participation of the team to a section of stage time = section of the stage of the last team + 15% • Failure to switch to an "tag" = Penalty indicated on the road book • State non-compliant hardware security = 60 mn • unsportsmanlike attitudes (eg cheating manifest systematic, bad spirit or inappropriate gesture) = 15mn of the race by the jury. • Abandonment of a teammate or team = see section 9.4
9.3-exclusion A team may be "disqualified" in situations not exhaustively listed here: • No helmet, lifejacket, • State not in conformity or lack of safety equipment, • Non compliance of safety rules, • Non-observance of medical instructions, • Using GPS • External assistance, • Attitude Unsportsmanlike, • Failure to assist a person in danger.
In view of the situations encountered, the jury is sovereign to decide the race for the team. In case of exclusion, the organization has no obligation vis-à-vis the team.
9.4-Abandon In cases of abandonment, any competitor is required to prevent essential organization by all means and without delay. In case of abandonment for a step in a crew or team, in a stage, the time penalty is the time of the last team + 3:00.
9.5-Assistance
Medical 9.5-1 The organization sets up a medical assistance before, during and after the race. All external assistance to the facilities installed in the framework of the organization is prohibited (excluding emergencies).
Exterior 9.5-2 All external assistance to the facilities installed in the framework of the organization is prohibited. No communication from the outside is allowed competitors and their uses resulting retirement classification. The use of local people as a guide is forbidden (exclusion), but the team has the right to request verbal information to local populations.
9.6-General rules of conduct THE TRANSMAROCAINE is a race that takes place in a natural environment and lived. The rules and laws of the host country must be respected. The resulting contacts involving cohabitation between local populations, the organization team, media representatives and teams of competitors. When the footprint test routes open to traffic, the settlement of the race goes to the obligations of the Highway Code. The rule of mutual respect is one of the fundamental values of TRANSMAROCAINE.
9.6.1 - Pollution Pollution by waste or otherwise, and any deterioration of the natural environment, will be punished by a fine up to the exclusion of the race.
9.6.2 - Conduct Any disrespectful behavior of a participant is penalized by a fine up to the exclusion of the race.
9.6.3 - Relations with the country and its people The consumption of products from cultivation (vegetables, fruits ..) or livestock (animals ...) is prohibited without permission from the owner. The use of local means of transport other than those permitted by the regulation is prohibited.
Article 10: TERMINATION
The classification step is performed in real time of arrival at each step. The classification is then modified by any time penalties (see schedule of penalties). The general classification is carried out daily by adding the times of different stages. The final ranking is based on the accumulated time of the ranking of the five stages and possibly the prologue and the epilogue. In case the team is no longer mandatory in the definition of presence of 2 riders, it will be decommissioned and the resumption of the race can only be done by agreement of the race. In this case, the team will be supported by the organization during the transfer steps. Four classifications are established, Scratch, Mixed, Women and Company with at least 5 teams per classification. If teams tie the jury will take into account the team with the least penalty.
Annex A classification called "Challenge 'is established to enhance inter-enterprise competition. Each team participating in the 'Challenge' is associated with an association with a humanitarian and ecological or court order to provide maximum financial support.
The first three teams are at the finish of the Transmarocaine in Marrakech, in addition to their trophy, they check to officially call the three names which they have completed the course.

Article 11: MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION
11.1-Marking
11.1.1 - Conditions of marking The following are reserved exclusively to the organization in order to affix the logo "The TRANSMAROCAINE" and / or logos of the partners of the event: • bibs, plates framework montain bike, helmets, canoes, vehicles, outdoor spaces and venues.
Markings other than TRANSMAROCAINE are allowed on all other not mentioned. Constraints marking support must be respected throughout the race and by all team members.
THE TRANSMAROCAINE markings are provided by the organization. It determines the scope for partners of the organization and its partner teams. Sponsors teams markings are the responsibility of the teams. These elements must be obtained during validation checks of equipment.
11.1.2 Support-marking The bib is provided by the organization and its marking is regulated. Competitors must wear the jersey for all activities. The bib is positioned at the front and rear. The bib must be worn over other clothing and above the life jacket and / or backpack.
Montain bike helmet is marked with the logo side of LA TRANSMAROCAINE. (Logos provided by the organization) No marking is regulated for the shorts, shorts, pants and shoes, Montain bike. Teams must take the official held out period for the race events of the official pre and post race. The organization reserves the right to deny access to official events for teams or team members not of decent clothing.
11.2-Right image Each participant authorizes the organization and its stakeholders (partners and the media) to use still images or audiovisual works on which it appears at the TRANSMAROCAINE, whatever the support (promotional and / or advertising), the country (world) and for the statutory period (French law) the longest.
In accordance with French law and Freedom of 6 January 1978, each competitor has a right to access and correct data concerning registered by the organization as part of LA TRANSMAROCAINE. Except for its disagreement in writing to the organization, it allows it to sell the information to third partners in the operation.
Article 12: LIABILITY / INSURANCE
SPHERE AVENTURE acts or acts as an intermediary between, on the one hand, teams and / or competitors and other carriers, hoteliers and generally all service providers who are responsible for their own activities. It therefore follows that SPHERE AVENTURE not under any circumstances or under any circumstances be liable for any accident or injury, irregularity, delay, strike, war, political problem, fire, weather, breakdown, loss or theft of personal effects and baggage.
Similarly, programs and courses are subject to change without notice, and the teams and / or competitors can not claim any refund.
The association SPHERE AVENTURE contracte liability insurance organization covering the risks to the organization of the race due to damage to third parties as part of the race.
This insurance does not cover any case the repatriation of sick or injured competitors. It is not about a personal accident insurance to participants.
Each competitor and assistant are required to take out insurance covering the liability in the context of the race but also in cases of repatriation, death, accident, illness, loss or theft of luggage. This type of insurance will be offered by the organization. The organizer will not be sought in any capacity whatsoever in the event of lack of coverage of competition resulting from failure by the competitor of this clause.
All accredited persons committed to LA TRANSMAROCAINE in full knowledge of the risks that the conduct of the test may get them to run. They are committed under their full responsibility and release in advance the organization from criminal liability and / or civil cases of bodily injury or material which could occur at the TRANSMAROCAINE. The responsibility of the organization will in no case be sought in case of theft, loss or damage to any object, material or otherwise.
Any damage, loss or theft to the equipment made available to participants by the organization will give rise to perceptions of cost of repair or replacement of equipment involved.
To even register for the test implies that the two competitors accept the terms of this settlement. A disclaimer will be signed by each of the two competitors.
Article 13: REGISTRATION FEES
The price of participation is shown in the promotional materials and on the website of the organization and may be different for different editions. Unless special mention, our prices are per person.
The registration fee for 2011 is 935.00 € per person . To register, the team must pay a deposit of € 500 The balance must be sent before 31 January 2009, when the deadline. Applications will be considered registered only after receipt of the total fee
Applications will be considered registered upon receipt of full settlement.

13.2-The organization does not support: Air transport and transfer Airport tax; Medical tests and vaccines; Personal equipment (see list mandatory); Energy bars during the race; Drinks (race); Overloading of equipment;
13.3-flight between the place of departure and Morocco: Flight A / R between the departure of the teams and Morocco and airport taxes are not included.
Article 14: CONDITIONS: No cancellation or amendment of a team
14.1-Communication: If you cancel your subscription to the Transmarocaine, you must personally and by letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the association SPHERE AVENTURE To determine the date of cancellation or modification, the working days of receipt of your statement is authentic.
14.2 - Conditions for refund and cancellation by a team
14.2.1 - Conditions for refund and cancellation fees organization In case of cancellation of a participating team, the following conditions apply:
- Before 31 december 2010 : 75% refund of registration fee. - From 1 January to 31 January 2011 : 50% refund of registration fee. - From 1 February to 10 February 2011: 20% refund of registration fee. - Beyond the 10 February 2011 : No refunds will be made.
Any cancellation will be charged at least a lump sum of € 200.00 per team.
14.2.2-Individuals within a team. In the case of a team formed by the organization, the general conditions of cancellation apply equally individually as described in Article 14.2.1.
14.3 - Cancellation on the part of the organization: It must be at least 4 weeks before departure. Exceptions to cases of force majeure, disturbances, strikes and other circumstances requiring us to abandon the completion of the raid and we reserve the right to suspend or modify the itinerary of a trip already in progress . In case of cancellation on our part, all payments will be postponed to the next edition. Requests for damages are excluded.
14.4-Passport, currency, visas and vaccinations You are solely responsible for the necessary documents to travel in terms of passports, visas, currency and health formalities and the potential to make vaccines.
